Mark S. Givan, DDS
Dr. Mark Givan has been a dentist in Fort Worth for over 40 years, and he opened his practice here right out of dental school! He received his Bachelor of Arts from Texas Christian University in 1974 and later went on to graduate from the Baylor College of Dentistry with his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1978. Dr. Givan continues his education with 20 to 30 hours of additional training every year, helping him stay abreast of the latest trends and information in dentistry so he can provide our patients with modern and intuitive care.
He is a member of:

- The Texas Dental Association — Life Member
- The Fort Worth District Dental Society
For over 10 years, Dr. Givan has received awards from:

His goal as a dentist is to serve his patients and provide optimal dental health services that improve the quality of their lives! He delivers these services using the best techniques and materials available and does so in a caring environment with compassion and respect for his patients’ individual dignity.
Dr. Givan grew up in Colorado and came to Fort Worth in the fall of 1970 to attend college. He earned a varsity letter while at Texas Christian University as a member of the swim and dive team!
Dr. Givan has been married to his wife, Cynthia, for over 47 years. They have two married adult children and two grandchildren. When not at the office, he enjoys traveling with his wife, playing golf, reading and spending time with his family.
